2009 350z Nissan: There were rumors that a mild update is expected for next generation Nissan 350z. As per the update revealed by AutoExpress, the next generation 2009 350z Nissan will have “more involving chassis” and “punchier engine,” With some images already available on web for the design, it is for sure that the all new design will prove to be evolutionary much to patch up the harder edges of the current model.
According to the rumors, the primary changes expected will come in the form of extended wheel flares much to accommodate the wider track for both front and rear. A sloping front bar and smaller headlights is expected.
Major changes are not expected for the new 2009 350z Nissan mechanically. The horsepower could however go up to around 325 and will be powered by V6 engine.
The “Fairlady” as it is called in Japan is primarily criticized for its cabin which has changed in past but will go for a major change in the future 2009 Nissan 350Z with more storage and softer armrests.
The proposed ‘09 looks amazing. Please keep me posted on any Z changes that come about. I’m a 2005 Z Roadster owner now. Thanks.

Hey I own 2 350zs right now workin on 3 of them there ultimatly fast it has custom sun roof with a hell of a push bell rock system.
mines is v6 3.6liters kicking out 365bhp 300 ft lbs of torque just took it on dyno run today but the other still stock only look fast but will be soon. When are you guys coming out with the 450z stock v8 4.5liters about 400 plus bhp I can’t wait cause im gettin it and might be the fist to get it. I’ll be running low 9s in q miles then instead of these 9.fivers.
Is it for a fact that 2009 Nissan Z will be powered by a 4.5L engine or a 3.5L supercharged or turbocharged engine?. Is it also A known fact that the next generation Nissan Z will have horsepower in surplus of 360 or the 330hp that is currently being used in the Infiniti G37s. Finally, why is the Nismo Nissan all beautiful outside while the engine output and performance remains the same as the regular Z’s.
Too much of a futuristic look to me, not really into it. They need to bring back the previous generation of the Z. I love the 300zx look! They should bring it back with a better suspension system, lighter body but constructed stronger. Would be interesting to see it pushing 400+hp and almost double the TQ it had before. I know there’s more than most that would agree with me. Lets give the tip to Nissan!
All that power but don’t come back with a V8, a i6 is what I’m hoping for. AWD?…now that would be badass
2003 z love it, but the new one looks even better
i have a 717 (rwhp) 1997 Cobra. I never even looked at an import magazine until the 350z came out. Well, what i like about the new gen z. is that the first time i looked at it from a rear angle, it actually looked like a porshe. i has almost a european look to it. the headlights (front end) is definietly nizzan however. I’ve owned many fast cars, none of them being foreign, and the reason was because alot of the stuff japanese cars were junk. Maybe decent performers but usually heavy and filled with Iron parts. The Supra and RX7 were the only shining stars for a long time and the sad thing as they went extinct here quite a while back. The RX8 is no replacement for the RX7. So, i truely appreciate the new 350z, its japan’s version of the CORBA (fast but affordable), its a true street fighter. I love the stance the lines and stock power begging to be tweeked for much more power at an affordable price. I May have a Z in my garage in the near future,

the 350z is my fav car! The headlights don’t really look as good as the ones on the current Z, but everything else is SOOO FRIKIN AWSOME!

ive always wanted the nissan 350z since it first came out and know that they have and up graded one coming out i will be saving my money to get it. im only 17 years old but im in love with this car, i plan on having this car by the time im 21, at least

I have a 2006 Z, it is 60% JDM-spec and 40% US-spec. I have NISMO cold-air intake 5hp, INVIDIA dual-catback exhaust 18hp, TOPSPEED headers 9hp, INVIDIA racing test pipes 12hp, and DRAG racing rims with FEDERAL racing tires. I love this car, Z can go against a 2000-2007 year FORD Mustang’s, BMW 3-5 series, Hyundai Tiburons, Porsche Carrera and 911, Mazda RX7 and RX8, kill a bunch of Honda and Toyota’s, Shut-down Audi A4-A6’s and TT’s, denied Mercedes coupes and convertables, runaway from Police cars, and Dodge Viper’s. The Z maybe a small V6 sports car but once it takes-off, the car transforms into a all-event fighter.

I love the Z, I just bought a 2007 enthusiast, and put a Greddy Twin turbo kit on it, with forged cams and pistons. (768 BHP to the wheels) stage 3 clutch and fly wheel to put it all to the wheels.
I’ve never liked imports til these came out in 2003

i own a 2003 z350 and i love my car i upgraded my car engine to 700hp i can smoke corvette’s and ferrari’s even just like that if your thinking of a 2009 z350 upgrade its engine this car have alot of potentials.

Owning a 300zx, the driving experience is all about t-tops out. Its the only way to drive it.
A targa top or better yet a retractable roof(ala mercedes) would be awesome.

I personally think that this blue print for the 2009 Nissan 350z makes the z look worse.
Well, first off the thing that struck out at me was the headlights. In this drawing they look waay too much like a celica’s.
Second, the thin, giant wheels dont do justice for the “wide” look and makes the Z look… tall.
Other than that, the other stuff’s ok.
