2006 Hyundai Sonata

2006 Hyundai Sonata with unique styling, a mid-sized vehicle has a large car classification from U.S. government. This is Hyundai's first vehicle coming out of its Montgomery, Ala plant. 2006 Hyundai Sonata is larger then its predecessor in nearly all aspects. It has 2 inches taller, 2 inches longer and has a 1 inch longer wheelbase. Due to result of this the volume of the car has increased by 16%.

Three trims for the car will be available namely GL, GLS and LX. 2006 Hyundai Sonata is coming with both 4 cylinder and 6 cylinder engines. The base model for the car would have 162 hp 2.4 ltr Theta DOHC 4-cylinder. The GLS standard will have v6 engine and LX models will receive 3.3 ltr V6 engine with 237 hp.

2006 Hyundai Sonata is also coming with Air conditioning with standard air filtration system with AM/FM audio system with MP3-compatible CD player and six speakers. For LX the front seat with have heated Leather seating surfaces while GLS, LX will receive Steering wheel-mounted audio controls.

The safety features will include Electronic Stability Control with Traction Control System, Dual front airbags, front seat-mounted side-impact airbags and side-curtain airbags and Anti-Lock Braking System.
